Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your information. If you would like to place an order by phone, please call us at (859)795-0404. International customers may reach us at (859)795-0404.

Shipping
Crystal Occasion uses UPS Ground for shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire a more rapid delivery we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases to most destinations provided a third party shipper account number is supplied. When placing your order on-line, please include your third party UPS/FedEx/DHL account number and specify desired shipping choice. Customer Service will follow up with you to confirm your information provided. Contact customer service for additional information on using your shipping account number through UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Foreign shipments will incur an international document charge of $26.00. The customer is responsible for duties, brokerage shipment charges and required to provide a third party shipper number.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Kentucky(6%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

Rush Orders
Rush orders are accepted whenever possible based on production availability at the time the order is placed. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR RUSH ORDERS, HOWEVER, expedited shipping will most likely be necessary and a Third Party UPS or FedEx account number may be requested. Contact customer service for available production time.

Random Samples
Random sample orders are available for viewing at no order charge pending ordered items are returned within 21 days. When placing an order for a ramdom sample, please include in the order comment section that your order is a "Random Sample Request". Random sample orders not returned within 21 days are charged full amount of order to credit card on file. Random sample orders returned after 21 days from order date will be credited order amount less shipping cost of sending order. Return shipment cost is at the customers expense and Crystal Occasion does not issue call tags for return shipments. Contact customer service to receive a random sample. Samples ordered before 1:00 p.m. (EST) may ship that day. Requesting samples with specific logos are not considered random samples. Plain Merchandise
All items are available without etching at a 5% discount. The credit is given when choosing blank goods in personalization step 1.

Packaging Styles
Crystal Occasion believes that quality packaging is important to an aesthetically pleasing presentation. That is why you'll find of our glass, crystal, and marble boxed in a manner that is commensurate to our quality products. Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is paramount. Our products are hand-crafted and all items are closely inspected prior to shipping. It is customary to request a picture to be emailed before an RMA is approved. If a variance of concern is found in your item or received damaged product, contact customer service at (859)795-0404.

Product Variances
Due to the various processes of glass and crystal manufacturing, variations are inherent to even the finest crystal that bubbles, flow lines, chill marks and other variances are acceptable and not considered defects.

Proposition 65
Proposition 65 requires us to warn California residents that consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded-crystal products, or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Claims
Crystal Occasion warrants your products to be free from defects in workmanship and material. All claims for breakage must be made by receiver with the freight carrier. Receiver must save outer carton(s) as well as inner contents and notify carrier immediately for prompt inspection. Title to goods passes to purchaser at F.O.B. point and all recourse for damaged or lost goods rests with the carrier and not Crystal Occasion. If your product is damaged in any way please notify Crystal Occasion within 3 business days of receiving the item. Returned merchandise requires prior authorization from customer service.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. No cancellations on items already produced. If an order is cancelled before any proof/artwork has been started, there will be no charge. A charge of $40.00(C) will apply to any order that is cancelled after a proof has been prepared or if there is no response to a proof for over 20 days.

All liability for submitted art and copy rests solely with the customer and not Crystal Occasion. Pictured products, graphic designs and logos only represent our ability to duplicate art and to illustrate our techiques. These designs are not available for sale unless expressly authorized by their owners. No product endorsements should be inferred by anyone.
